Experience in a field service-based operation is required.
Basic computer proficiency is required.
Ability to coordinate effectively with field crews, operators or drivers, maintenance teams, and leadership is required.
Ability to work occasional nights and weekends is required.
Responsibilities
Schedule projects daily.
Dispatch units daily.
Review operators’ daily activities, including DVIR, FLRA, and DTR tickets.
Ensure maintenance policies and procedures are followed.
Review reports from the GPS system.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
One to two years of dispatch experience is preferred.
Fleet maintenance coordination experience is preferred.
Experience in hydrovac or vacuum excavation operations is preferred.
Experience with fleet management software is a plus.
