Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Five or more years of public speaking or coaching experience.
  • Experience working with educational institutions or youth programs preferred.
  • Proven track record as a motivational speaker in educational or corporate settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Current or previous role aligned with Motivation & Personal Growth activities driving qualifications as a Motivational Keynote Speaker.

Responsibilities
  • Provides targeted content and insights tailored to Motivational Topic Areas while collaborating with a Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) as part of a Motivation & Personal Growth Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline/Category with the objective(s) of engaging audiences through expert knowledge, real-world experience, or motivational storytelling.
  • Delivers value by educating, inspiring, and energizing event participants.
  • Motivational speakers are dynamic, results-driven communicators who empower individuals and teams to overcome challenges, embrace growth, and take purposeful action.
  • Through a powerful blend of personal narrative, behavioral insight, and high-performance strategies, they engage audiences with emotionally resonant storytelling and deliver actionable frameworks that foster resilience, mindset transformation, and long-term progress.
  • Whether guiding organizations through change, reigniting team purpose, or building leadership confidence, motivational speakers act as catalysts for measurable inspiration and sustained impact—transforming keynote stages, classrooms, corporate summits, and community forums into platforms for transformation and performance-driven momentum.
  • Communicates impactful ideas aligned with an organization’s brand values of integrity, growth, and cultural relevance through keynote delivery.
  • Deliver tailored, high-impact presentations that educate, inspire, and engage diverse audiences across themes relevant to the speaker's expertise.
  • The role(s) are located in the South Central Region is at or near CONUS - Texas (Remote W/ Travel or Virtual).
  • Initially identified Work Site Address (Subject to Change or Working Remotely): 1801 9th Ave N, Texas City, TX 77592
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Education or related field.
  • Advanced certifications or professional/lived experience in the subject area highly valued.
  • May be expected to provide breakout or workshop sessions following keynote.
  • Must align with ESC1’s focus on innovation and learner success.
  • Portfolio or media reel of past engagements must be maintained.
  • ProSidian may convert to a Full-Time employed W-2 position.
