Requirements
  • Ten or more years of progressive field leadership experience in electrical construction.
  • Experience leading large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple superintendents and large field teams.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation sequencing, and construction logistics.
  • Strong safety leadership background with a track record of incident prevention.
  • OSHA 30 certification is required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and direction to superintendents and assistant superintendents across assigned projects or phases.
  • Ensure field execution aligns with approved schedules, work plans, and installation sequencing.
  • Drive consistency in field practices, expectations, and standards across all crews and work fronts.
  • Collaborate with project managers, schedulers, and project engineers to develop and execute field plans.
  • Support phase planning, look-ahead schedules, and manpower loading.
  • Identify field constraints early and work with project teams to remove obstacles.
  • Champion the safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety requirements.
  • Support safe work planning, job safety analyses, lockout/tagout compliance, and high-risk activity oversight.
  • Ensure installations meet quality standards and support right-first-time execution.
  • Monitor field productivity, manpower utilization, and work efficiency.
  • Support implementation of productivity tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve installation methods, sequencing, and crew performance.
  • Mentor and develop superintendents, foremen, and emerging field leaders.
  • Support onboarding and training of new field personnel.
  • Promote accountability, teamwork, and leadership development within the field organization.
  • Serve as a key field interface for project managers, project executives, and leadership.
  • Participate in field coordination meetings, executive walk-throughs, and progress reviews.
  • Provide clear, timely feedback on field conditions, risks, and execution performance.
