Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience; new graduates and early-career builders are welcome.
  • Hands-on experience with OpenClaw or agentic systems, such as Hermes Agent, LangChain, AutoGPT, or custom large language model and application programming interface projects.
  • Experience building agent skills or workflows and understanding how the framework behaves in practice.
  • Ability to independently identify problems, propose fixes, and ship solutions.
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with executives and go-to-market teams and translate their needs into working automation.
  • A GitHub profile demonstrating consistent activity.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain OpenClaw and other agentic skills and workflows across the go-to-market organization.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success or Account Management, and Partnerships to identify high-leverage tasks for automation and ship the resulting solutions.
  • Connect agents to application programming interfaces, data sources, and third-party services used by go-to-market teams.
  • Prototype quickly, present solutions to users, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Diagnose and fix broken agent workflows to maintain reliability.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with AI asset generation, security, and compliance.
  • Experience with Zapier, n8n, or similar automation platforms.
  • Experience with a modern cloud or data stack such as Google Cloud Platform, MongoDB, and ClickHouse.
  • A track record of side projects, hackathons, or independently built projects.
