National Manager - Rehab & Turn
About the job
- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management, purchasing, and residential construction, including reviewing bids, estimates, and change orders.
- At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
- Analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and business applications such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Yardi.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Support national market teams as a subject matter expert for systems, processes, and programs used in Rehab and Turn operations, including training, coaching, and mentoring associates.
- Manage, lead, and support National Rehab and Turn programs and cross-functional projects.
- Optimize existing Rehab and Turn technology systems and processes by identifying opportunities to introduce controls and remove inefficiencies.
- Assist with managing timelines and reporting for all aspects of the make-ready process.
- Monitor operational exceptions, financial expenses, trends, and budgets to help local teams maintain data integrity and balance financial objectives with home quality and resident experience standards.
- Educate, coach, and mentor other National Rehab and Turn team members to support their growth and development.
- Participate in interviewing and selecting new team members.
- Lead or actively support initiatives aligned with corporate and Rehab and Turn objectives.
- Collaborate with corporate departments including Risk Management, Procurement, Property Management, Leasing, Accounting, Human Resources, Technology, and Investment Management Group.
