- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field is required.
- Five to ten years of professional experience in consulting, automotive, manufacturing, or technology is required.
- A good understanding of artificial intelligence, software, and production processes is required.
- The candidate must be able to lead cross-functional teams and orchestrate stakeholders.
- Business-fluent German and English are required.
- The candidate must be based in Munich or willing to relocate.
- Lead and oversee complex customer projects, ensuring delivery from pilot to global rollout.
- Drive project management and coordinate integrations across industries.
- Guide and mentor sales, operations, and technology stakeholders within cross-functional project teams.
- Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships with enterprise stakeholders, from the shop floor to C-level.
- Strategically expand and manage the Customer Impact Team.
- Take an active role in the strategic development of the business model and product.
- An industry PhD is a strong plus.
