Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4 - 7 Years of Experience
  • Direct experience with demonstrated success and financial results leading lean and six sigma programs
  • Technical mastery of Six Sigma tools and methodologies including DMAIC and Lean
  • Effective project management skills and ability to influence at all levels of an organization
  • Knowledge of Trade compliance processes or related experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP applications
  • Familiar with long- and short-range supply chain forecasting
  • Experience in working Field Service and Customer facing roles driving LSS Programs
Responsibilities
  • Guide Champions in project selection and scope, assuring linkage between projects and business and customer priorities.
  • Conduct a current-state assessment of business processes and identification of improvement opportunities. Based on this assessment, design, implement, and manage process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Facilitate groups through process mapping, root cause analysis, brainstorming, business impact assessments, gap analysis, and project planning.
  • Understand data trends and drive quantified results by designing and deploying analytical systems and processes.
  • Develop rigorous control plans, communications, risk assessments and maintenance of documentation.
  • Employ project/program management skills related to overall project tracking, deliverables management, action item tracking, meeting minutes, team communications, and presentations. Keep stakeholders apprised of project status and defined deliverables.
  • Champion change management across all levels of the organization and prioritize areas of improvement.
