Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a life sciences field
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in project management & coordination, preferably with past expertise working hands-on in a lab environment ‘at the bench’
  • Highly collaborative team player with experience working in a matrix environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Project
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a system to track, monitor, and report the status and timelines for key R&D projects
  • Create, optimize, and maintain dashboards and other visual management approaches
  • Ensure tight coordination of handoffs between multiple teams of scientists and vendors
  • Help scientists translate high-level scientific projects into concrete plans
  • Anticipate execution and timeline risks, appropriately troubleshooting or escalating to leadership
  • Proactively identify recurring risks and gaps; resource bottlenecks and work with teams to develop and implement mitigation plans
  • Manage agenda and process for collating material for several key coordination, update, and governance meetings across the company
