As a Crisis Management Business Continuity Analyst Senior, you will work closely with senior level business leaders to build business resilience and continuity plans, embed risk-averse disciplines, principles and mindset, and lead associates through any active crisis response. Assesses business service risks and implements mitigation actions, plans, policies and procedures to advance and evolve resiliency and continuity. Acts as consultative partner, delivering continuity plans that prevent risks to associates at various office locations. Partners with cross-functional teams to advocate for the needs of our business.

- You will lead resilience and continuity risk discussions with the business areas and senior leaders and partners to analyze business requirements, identify key risks and determine continuity and recovery procedures.
- You will be responsible for the development, maintenance and testing of BC plans in compliance with CG policies and procedures.
- You continually review and evolve the business resilience and crisis management framework in response to business and regulatory change.
- You lead complex, global BC projects, implementing program improvements.
- You provide support in establishing, maintaining, and embedding enterprise level framework, policies, and programs across Capital.
- You manage ongoing projects with wide reaching impact, including problem identification, conducting risk assessments, providing alternatives, making recommendations and communicating effectively with senior management on project status.
- You have strong intellectual curiosity and analytical skills in areas of high complexity.
- You have strong understanding of resilience and continuity best practices.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $92,423-$147,877
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
