A minimum of 3–5 years of apartment or building maintenance experience is required.
HVAC certification is preferred, such as EPA Type I, Type II, or Universal certification.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
