About the job

Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in technical program management or engineering operations, ideally in high-growth technology environments.
  • Deep experience working alongside software engineers and sufficient familiarity with APIs, development workflows, data pipelines, and AI/ML-driven systems to keep projects aligned and ask informed questions; a computer science degree is not required.
  • Ability and motivation to learn regulated healthcare domains, including clinical documentation, medical coding, and payer rules, sufficiently to identify potential issues before release; healthcare experience is not required.
  • Experience running delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams and identifying risks to schedule before they become official issues.
  • Ability to give and receive direct, honest feedback with senior leadership and engineering peers.
  • Ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations, act quickly, and take accountability for outcomes.
  • Ability to influence across teams without formal authority and communicate program health clearly to leadership.
Responsibilities
  • Own and continually evolve the engineering organization's operating system, including cadences, tooling, and sources of truth such as Linear and program reviews, to make work legible across every pod.
  • Define and drive the execution framework for high-stakes technical roadmaps, providing teams with context to make decentralized decisions without slowing execution.
  • Manage technical roadmaps from early discovery through full-scale deployment, coordinating launches of new AI capabilities across the platform.
  • Support customer implementation operations across multiple concurrent accounts by tracking delivery health across pods, helping scope engineering work to align with delivery expectations, and surfacing at-risk go-lives before they slip.
  • Help establish and run cross-functional programs that support delivery, including evaluation, onboarding, and quality.
  • Serve as the source of truth for program health and translate complex technical and clinical status into actionable updates for leadership and individual contributors.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in high-growth technology environments.

About the company

It integrates with existing workflows, augmenting current tools rather than replacing them, and offers services in revenue integrity, risk adjustment, denial prevention, and audit compliance. The goal is to help providers capture every revenue and quality opportunity, reduce denials, and boost financial outcomes.
