  • Proficiency in DAX and SQL.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or Business Administration.
Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into effective digital solutions.
  • Present insights and findings to various stakeholders.
  • Retrieve and compile data from diverse sources.
  • Cleanse, transform, and integrate data into comprehensive datasets.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.
  • Update and maintain existing business intelligence solutions for optimal performance.
  • Document data models and business intelligence solutions for reference and maintenance.
  • Improve KPI reporting and data visualizations for existing safety metrics.
  • Work across functions to identify what is and is not working in safety reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Digital team to identify and implement improvement plans.
  • Review department-level KPI metrics to identify reporting gaps.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and build and execute plans to address them.
  • Document and map key metrics and calculations.
