Responsibilities
  • Create, develop, deploy, and execute a corporate training strategy.
  • Present highly technical information through classroom training, webinars, videos, and web-based training modules.
  • Contribute to curriculum design by identifying and describing information needs related to equipment operation, product and service application, manufacturer best practices, troubleshooting malfunctions, and customer solutions.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to customers, service technicians, contractors, and internal personnel on training priorities for short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Deliver sales training and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve technical value proposition proficiency in the field.
  • Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
  • Assume responsibility for other projects and duties assigned by the Senior Manager of Training and Aftermarket Services.
  • Track customer progress on knowledge competencies and certifications related to HVAC and plumbing applications, services, products, and system designs.
