  • Someone ambitious, looking to build a career in sales.
  • Experience making outbound calls.
  • Experience in a Sales Development or Business Development role would be considered as an advantage.
  • The ability to understand the challenges our clients face, and clearly articulate company value proposition and use cases.
  • Innate hunger, self-motivation and work ethic and looking to progress their career quickly.
  • Someone able to be confident running high-volume pipelines in dynamic, quick-moving, and rapidly changing environments.
  • A team player, with a positivity and desire to uplift and share knowledge with those around you.
  • Bonus if you have lead generation experience in a SaaS company.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule quality product demonstrations for the software sales team by identifying, researching and contacting potential clients who can use our solutions to make them successful.
  • Hit or exceed a monthly quota of qualified demo/meetings and revenue conversion.
  • Make 30+ outbound cold calls per day using sales enablement tools and exceeding all KPIs.
  • Collect market data before and during customer outreach to understand prospective customer needs and effectively communicate those needs to the sales team.
  • Partner with sales reps to ensure that opportunities are moving forward and demonstrations are taking place.
