About the job

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience leading partnerships at a technology company, ideally across multiple partner archetypes, including embedded and platform partnerships, data partnerships, referral partnerships, and traditional reseller or systems-integrator relationships.
  • Direct experience in financial services or fintech, with established relationships across the relevant partner ecosystem.
  • A track record of building a referral or co-sell motion from a low base, including in emerging or unproven categories such as AI-native platforms.
  • Experience managing complex, senior-level relationships with large enterprise and platform partners, and negotiating partner agreements into joint go-to-market partnerships.
  • Experience selling or partnering around technical, API-driven, usage-based, or data-licensing products, with sufficient technical fluency to engage partner product and engineering teams on integration scope and integrate new products into existing partnerships from product integration and go-to-market perspectives.
  • A data-driven approach to prioritizing growth opportunities, including a clear point of view on measuring partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue differently.
  • Experience identifying and launching partnerships in emerging or unproven categories, and operating in build-from-zero settings rather than only managing mature partnership types.
  • A track record of hiring, developing, and retaining partnerships talent at a growth-stage company.
Responsibilities
  • Convert the largest partners from resellers into co-sell partners by building joint account mapping and planning, shared deal visibility, and joint go-to-market motions.
  • Develop programs, incentives, and tracking that turn partner relationships into named-account referrals and proactively sourced pipeline.
  • Expand integration breadth and enablement across strategic partnerships, covering new products and equipping partner sellers to lead on value rather than price.
  • Identify, prioritize, and establish new partner types and verticals, including referral partners, AI-native and agentic platforms, and adjacent categories.
  • Build enablement playbooks and onboarding motions that accelerate time to revenue.
  • Work with Sales leadership and Revenue Operations to define and enforce rules of engagement for co-selling, deal ownership, deal registration, credit and compensation alignment, and escalation paths.
  • Integrate partnerships into territory planning, pipeline generation, product launches, and competitive deal strategy.
  • Represent partner and channel needs in the product roadmap, particularly integration depth and technical requirements of newer partner categories such as AI-native platforms.
  • Grow and develop the partnerships team, establish clear ownership across existing-partner management and new-partnership development, and coach team members' career growth.
  • Work with Revenue Operations to build systems and processes for onboarding, enablement, and reporting that scale partner operations and provide visibility into channel performance.

Lissom partners with Middesk to strengthen US business verification.

Lissom partners with Middesk to strengthen US business verification. State filings, IRS records and other direct sources help clients verify US businesses with confidence The United States has no direct equivalent to the UK's Companies House API. A business can be registered across multiple states, leaving records in different formats without a single identifier that reliably connects the company to every filing. For financial institutions onboarding or servicing US businesses, that fragmentation creates a difficult data problem. Company identity is harder to resolve, records are harder to compare and routine cases often require more manual investigation as a result. Lissom partnered with Middesk because its platform is built around solving exactly this challenge. Middesk brings together state-level filings, IRS records and other sources into a reliable, queryable US business profile. Connecting that profile to Lissom means US company data can be enriched and assessed inside the same adaptive journey as customer-provided information, documents, and policy requirements. Middesk is now available as a specialist source for US business verification through Lissom. Why it matters. Better-resolved US business data helps teams reduce manual research in one of the hardest jurisdictions to get right. About Middesk Middesk provides business identity and verification infrastructure designed around the fragmented US company-data landscape.
