The role
We’re looking for a motivated Financial Analyst to join our FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with 1–3 years of finance or accounting experience who’s ready to contribute to monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc projects.

You’ll join a collaborative finance team in a supportive environment where learning and growth are encouraged. This role offers the perfect balance of structured work and autonomy, giving you hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis while contributing meaningfully to the company’s success. You’ll work closely with the team, gaining exposure to a variety of financial processes and helping drive accurate insights that inform key business decisions.

Where you’ll work
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our Irving, Texas, head office. You’ll be in the office three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday), with Wednesday being a mandatory in-office day, and work remotely the other two days. Typical hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate personal needs.

What you’ll be doing

• Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports and KPIs.

• Assist with annual budget and forecast processes, including data validation and reporting.

• Support ad hoc financial analysis projects, ROI calculations, and reporting requests from business units.

• Collaborate with other finance and accounting teams to answer questions and provide support as needed.

• Efficiently analyze and synthesize large sets of financial data to support decision-making.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.

• Strong proficiency in Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and modeling.

• Familiarity with GAAP principles and financial reporting processes.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

• Positive attitude, motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
