About the job

Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in one core discipline—Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Systems—and working fluency across the others, including systems architecture and administration (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and data modeling and integration design across the technology stack.
  • A point of view on applying artificial intelligence and agents in revenue operations, including judgment on where AI should own delivery versus where a person should remain involved, and awareness of data governance, personally identifiable information, and compliance boundaries.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders to uncover business requirements, diagnose gaps and pain points, and design scalable technical solutions, including advising clients when to buy versus build.
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and core features, including when to use out-of-the-box features, declarative automation, or code, and comfort building connections using custom code, integrations, or an integration platform as a service such as Clay, Workato, Make, or n8n.
  • A track record diagnosing fragmented or broken go-to-market systems, duplicate sources of truth, manual handoffs, and unreconciled data, and owning fixes through to shipped solutions.
  • Experience leading internal and client teams, communicating technical decisions to technical and non-technical audiences including executive stakeholders, and working in lean and agile delivery.
  • Comfort participating in video calls and working directly with clients in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery and scoping to shape the approach and ensure work is accurately estimated before it begins.
  • Build connections between go-to-market systems through custom code, integrations, or an integration platform or automation platform such as Workato, Make, or n8n, selecting tools that fit the problem.
  • Identify where artificial intelligence and agents can add value, then build workflows that turn go-to-market data into actionable insights and automate work; determine when AI should own a process versus when a human should remain involved while respecting data privacy, security, and compliance.
  • Diagnose broken or fragmented go-to-market systems, duplicate sources of truth, manual handoffs, and unreconciled data, and own fixes from root cause through shipped solution.
  • Design solutions for complex workstreams; advise clients on whether to buy existing tools or build custom solutions; and present solutions to client teams in a way that builds trust and explains scalability and best practice.
  • Define architecture principles and standards, and communicate and justify design decisions internally and directly to clients, including executive stakeholders.
  • Coach and mentor the team on solution design and champion diligent execution.
  • Monitor technology and artificial intelligence releases to help shape Go Nimbly’s point of view on their implications for clients.
Desired Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Systems Architect certification, or progress toward achieving one.
