- Ability to maintain a clean, well-organized work area and follow food labeling, serving-temperature, and first-in, first-out (FIFO) procedures.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Ensure food products are consistently high quality, taste and look as intended, and provide adequate portions.
- Maintain a clean and safe eating environment and keep the work area sanitary.
- Provide customer service through engaging with customers, anticipating their needs, creating a positive experience, and building rapport with repeat customers.
- Suggest add-ons to customer orders.
- Maintain consistent work and output, manage time, and handle multiple tasks.
- Complete additional projects and assignments as needed.
- One to three years of previous cooking experience.
- ServSafe and allergen certifications.
- Culinary education in progress or completed.
