  • Completed vocational training or a degree in a commercial, business, or technical field.

  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and work flexibly.
Responsibilities
  • Advise Creditreform branches on the optimal use of the IKAROS receivables management system.
  • Conduct process consulting and analyses and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Configure and adapt the IKAROS application environment according to the branches' professional requirements.
  • Act as the interface between the business department, information technology, and Creditreform branches.
  • Conduct workshops and training on the optimal use of IKAROS.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience with the IKAROS software solution from Ferber GmbH.
