Requirements
  • Five plus years of experience as a Windows Systems Administrator in an enterprise or Department of Defense environment.
  • Five plus years of hands-on experience with VMware/Omnissa Horizon View virtual desktop infrastructure administration.
  • Five plus years of experience with Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure, including AHV, Prism, Files, or Objects.
  • Strong expertise with Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
  • Strong expertise with Windows 10 and 11 in Department of Defense-hardened environments.
  • Strong expertise with Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Strong expertise with PowerShell scripting for administration and automation.
  • Familiarity with Security Technical Implementation Guides, Risk Management Framework, and Department of Defense compliance requirements.
  • U.S. citizenship and a U.S. government security clearance at the Secret level, with Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility.
Responsibilities
  • Sustain day-to-day operations of the Windows domain, Horizon View virtual desktop infrastructure, and enterprise Nutanix environment.
  • Administer Active Directory, Domain Name System, Group Policy Objects, and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol.
  • Apply Security Technical Implementation Guides to domain controllers and member servers.
  • Administer the Horizon View virtual desktop infrastructure solution, including gold image management, patching, Security Technical Implementation Guide implementation, and profile management solutions such as FSLogix and Profile Unity.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior support of NORAD, U.S. Northern Command, or combatant command environments.
  • Experience with FSLogix.
  • Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, or Windows Server Update Services.
  • Experience with endpoint security tools such as Host-Based Security System and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution, or equivalents.
  • Understanding of zero trust or modern Department of Defense security architectures.
  • Ability to support 24x7 operational mission environments.
