Requirements
  • A BA or BS in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities
  • Mentor and grow marketing team members, currently a Marketing Specialist and Marketing Assistant.
  • Develop and execute the firm's marketing and brand strategy.
  • Develop and execute the firm's marketing plan and budget.
  • Manage the firm's sales and niche pipeline efforts through active participation in marketing events, development of campaigns for niche efforts, tracking pipeline wins and losses, creative creation of proposals and sales presentations, and writing sales-related material and additional pieces as needed.
  • Ensure execution of the firm's brand and social media strategy.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to the firm's e-newsletter and ghost-write articles.
  • Oversee special events such as seminars, networking events, and speaking opportunities.
  • Learn about the firm, its services, and its clients while engaging in strategic thinking and tactical work as business needs dictate.
