Responsibilities
Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and service of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
Perform tests and analyze data to assure proper equipment functioning and provide recommendations as appropriate.
Perform maintenance and service repairs, install new units, or replace parts for existing units according to specifications.
Perform preventative maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC equipment as needed.
Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to identify potential problems and prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns or callbacks.
Communicate with dispatch to ensure completion of scheduled jobs.
Deliver and remove parts and equipment needed to complete service work.
Generate work orders addressing deficiencies in need of correction.
Adhere to safety standards and protocols while performing job duties.
Use and maintain appropriate personal protective equipment as prescribed by the company.
Haddad Plumbing and Heating Inc. is seeking a HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The HVAC Service Technician will support the HVAC department by preforming preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and service of commercial and industrial HVAC systems. HVAC Technician performs tests and analysis of data to assure the proper functioning of equipment and provides recommendations as appropriate. Essential Functions

Education, Qualities & Skills Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have OSHA 10 or 30

Compensation $20 - $25 Hourly depending on experience
