- Depth + Breadth of Understanding in Material Properties, Mechanical Behavior, Additive Manufacturing Processes and Fabrication
- Familiarity with using CAD software (such as Siemens NX, Solidworks, Fusion360)
- Competent or experienced in FEA software packages
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
