View

PJ Wallbank Springs designs and manufactures clutch return technology and related components used in vehicles and machinery. The core products are spring-based parts that help a clutch return to its default position after actuation, and the company also builds some of its own manufacturing equipment to ensure quality and lead times. The system works by using precise springs and components to control clutch movement, enabling reliable disengagement and consistent performance in transmissions and related applications. The company differentiates itself through its strong emphasis on people, owning the end-to-end manufacturing process, and a culture built on core values like treating others well, challenging the status quo, taking ownership, and learning from outcomes. Its goal is to deliver dependable clutch return solutions at scale while developing its workforce and making a positive impact on customers, its employees, and the broader community.
