About the job
- A minimum of 5 years of electrical project management experience is required.
- Project management experience in industrial, healthcare, and commercial construction is required.
- A basic understanding of building construction schedules is required.
- The role requires working from project jobsites throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area and North Texas.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, the project team, and office support.
- Own the project contract, budget, schedule, planning, and execution.
- Manage quality assurance and quality control for the project.
- Ensure work is consistent with plans, specifications, drawings, and documents related to engineering and construction.
- Resolve inter-group conflicts, project conflicts, and delays as required to meet project construction goals.
- Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure requested materials are expedited and received as needed for project construction.
- Willingness to travel is a plus.
