  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of the marine petroleum transportation industry.
  • Experience and knowledge in petroleum transport and logistics, terminal transfers, and bunkering.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office setting and handle multiple projects with firm deadlines.
  • Ability to deal with others using courtesy, tact, and good judgment.
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive communications.
  • Ability to understand and execute complex oral and written instructions.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and typing at a minimum of 60 words per minute.
  • Ability to work with office staff, customers, and vessel crew members.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ability to read, speak, write, type, and understand English in person and over the telephone.
Responsibilities
  • Establish, develop, and maintain customer relationships for Centerline Logistics Corporation and its subsidiary companies.
  • Assist with demurrage calculations.
  • Assist with contract administration.
  • Ensure on-hire and off-hire times are accurate and timely.
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and operational research.
  • Develop and maintain reports tracking planned and unplanned service disruptions and utilization.
  • Assist in tracking and maintaining maintenance banks.
  • Work with Commercial, Dispatch, Operations, and Accounting departments to ensure effective communication and company-wide objectives are met.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • One to three years of maritime experience.
  • Experience with maritime associations and sales.
