About the Job

Requirements

A Bac+5 engineering school or university degree with a specialization in computer science, information systems, or cybersecurity.
Three to five years of experience on IAM projects, including significant exposure to solution or architecture design.
Understanding of IAM domains including Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management and Single Sign-On, Privileged Access Management, Customer Identity and Access Management, and Active Directory.
Strong knowledge of IAM concepts including provisioning, workflows, recertification, role and entitlement models, and IAM governance.
Solid knowledge of security standards and protocols including Security Assertion Markup Language, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect, together with knowledge of Active Directory, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol, and multifactor authentication.
Experience configuring and integrating IAM solutions.
Ability to understand and explain complex technical architectures, adapt explanations for nontechnical profiles, and engage deeply with technical experts.
Consulting skills, including workshop facilitation, presentations, challenging proposals, and persuading varied stakeholders.
Strong written French and professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Design functional and technical-functional IAM architectures covering Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Customer Identity and Access Management, and Active Directory in on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Provide technical scoping for IAM projects by analyzing the existing environment, mapping identity and access flows, and identifying risks and constraints.
Define and evolve role, entitlement, and identity-data models in collaboration with business and IT teams.
Design and configure IAM workflows and rules for provisioning, deprovisioning, recertification, and attestation campaigns.
Contribute to the integration and configuration of market IAM solutions including SailPoint, Okta, Ping, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure Active Directory, and CyberArk.
Implement and support deployment of authentication and authorization mechanisms including Single Sign-On, multifactor authentication, federation, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Security Assertion Markup Language.
Perform technical impact analyses, propose architecture scenarios, and challenge design decisions.
Engage with business, IT, security leadership, architects, and developers while adapting communication from functional to highly technical levels.
Prepare and write IAM design documents, including architecture dossiers, technical-functional specifications, and reference guides.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with scripting or development skills such as Java, C#, Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
Willingness to progress toward an IAM architect role.

Définir et faire évoluer les modèles de rôles, d’habilitations et de données identités, en lien avec les équipes métiers et IT.
Concevoir et paramétrer les workflows et règles IAM (provisioning, déprovisioning, recertification, campagnes d’attestation).
Contribuer à l’intégration et à la configuration de solutions IAM du marché (SailPoint, Okta, Ping, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, CyberArk, etc.).
Implémenter et accompagner le déploiement des mécanismes d’authentification et d’autorisation (SSO, MFA, fédération, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML).
Réaliser des analyses d’impacts techniques, proposer des scénarios d’architecture et challenger les choix de design.
Échanger avec une large variété d’interlocuteurs (métiers, IT, RSSI, architectes, développeurs) en adaptant votre niveau de discours, du fonctionnel au très technique.
Préparer et rédiger les documents de design IAM : dossiers d’architecture, spécifications technico-fonctionnelles, guides de référence.

Diplôme bac+5 (école d’ingénieurs / université) avec spécialisation en informatique, systèmes d’information ou cybersécurité.
3 à 5 ans d’expérience sur des projets IAM avec une exposition significative au design de solutions / d’architectures.
Bonne compréhension des différents domaines IAM : IGA, Access Management / SSO, PAM, CIAM, AD.
Très bonne maîtrise des concepts IAM : provisioning, workflows, recertification, modèles de rôles et d’habilitations, gouvernance IAM.
Solides bases sur les standards et protocoles de sécurité : SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect ; bonnes connaissances d’Active Directory / LDAP / MFA.
Expérience de configuration et d’intégration de solutions IAM, avec des compétences de scripting / développement appréciées (par ex. Java, C#, Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) sans être le cœur du poste.
Capacité à comprendre et expliquer des architectures techniques complexes, à vulgariser auprès de profils non techniques et à aller en profondeur avec des experts.
Aisance relationnelle et posture de consultant(e) : animation d’ateliers, restitution, capacité à challenger et à convaincre des interlocuteurs variés.
Rigueur, autonomie, esprit d’équipe, envie de progresser vers un rôle d’architecte IAM.
Bonnes qualités rédactionnelles en français et maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais.
