Requirements
  • 3-5 years of growth operations, B2B CRM or similar role within a fast-paced company (ideally a start-up)
  • Demonstrated experience managing a Salesforce <> Hubspot B2B tech stack, including drafting and building automated communications and workflows
  • Experience managing cross-functional relationships to identify opportunities and solutions to drive scale
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Scrappy, motivated, problem solver who won’t wait for direction.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and cross-functional teams to build automated communications and processes to drive B2B sales and account management of our hotel partners.
  • Own the optimization of the B2B customer lifecycle, from lead creation and scoring to onboarding, driving ongoing revenue and preventing churn.
  • Partner with the Director of B2B marketing to send monthly newsletters, conference communications and other relevant large scale email communications. This includes managing our segments and email deliverability.
  • Identify needs and proactively find solutions to improve processes and tooling to enable business scale, reducing friction and manual work across the business.
  • Manage and support the overall Salesforce administration and system architecture. This includes managing the integration with Hubspot and other relevant internal B2B tools.
  • Support B2C growth initiatives including managing customer CRM data capture and architecture.
  • Support B2C lifecycle team with ongoing lifecycle communication production needs.
