  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Or equivalent work experience.
  • Five years of relevant experience in Procurement, Finance, IT, or related functions, with responsibly as a system administrator with S2P technologies such as SAP/Ariba, Zycus, Coupa, iValua, GEP, etc. (iValua and GEP preferred)
  • Three years of experience maintaining system data, configuration, and integrations for SaaS/On-prem solutions with regular upgrades.
  • Familiarity with the procurement lifecycle, including supplier onboarding, sourcing, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), contracting, catalog management, and the PR / PO process.
  • Strong project management, business systems analysis, and reporting skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and suppliers to accomplish daily tasks and drive issue resolution.
  • Technical configuration skills with basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL language.
  • Familiarity with managing integrated source to pay platforms.
  • Familiarity with SSO (Single Sign-On) multi-factor authentication tools.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and JIRA for tracking and completing system requests
  • Familiarity with Confluence for policy and procedure publication.
Responsibilities
  • Provision roles and provide the initial training/content for all new users on the Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform.
  • Responsible for S2P configuration, data maintenance/management, help desk support tickets and ad-hoc support to the Procurement organization.
  • Assist with Source-to-Pay system upgrades and implementations, including UAT and user training.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor Procurement and system performance.
  • Configure monthly and quarterly dashboards and reports for various departments.
  • Build and support ongoing automation initiatives to guide decisions and actions that support Procurement strategy.
  • Monitor and regularly report on usage of Source-to-Pay tools and implement plans for improving tool usage/value.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled maintenance of the Source-to-Pay platform and requisite data elements.
  • Liaise with the Procurement team, Risk Groups, Legal and business stakeholders to assess additions, removals, and changes of business objects (suppliers, users, items, accounts, etc.)
  • Assess implications of new software releases, configure accordingly, and support change management.
  • Deliver ad hoc requests, special projects, reporting, and status inquiries.
  • Document technologies, workflows, user stories and processes.
