Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
  • At least one year of proven experience in a Duty Manager role or a similar front office operations position.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional interactions with guests and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in time management and organizational skills.
  • Customer service excellence and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Experience with crisis management and emergency response.
  • Knowledge of front office operations, guest relations management, and hospitality standards.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data and generate actionable insights.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests professionally, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly.
  • Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests, working toward satisfactory resolutions.
  • Supervise and coordinate the front office team, including receptionists, concierge, and bell staff, while maintaining high service standards.
  • Oversee check-in and check-out processes to ensure they are efficient, seamless, and guest-focused.
  • Monitor lobby activities and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Train, guide, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve departmental goals.
  • Schedule shifts and manage staff rosters according to operational needs and team preferences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for emergencies, operational issues, and critical situations.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requirements and support seamless operations.
  • Prepare daily reports, document operational insights, and share recommendations with senior management.
  • Analyze operational data and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Address conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with hospitality standards and protocols.
Desired Qualifications
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Certification in Hotel Management or Hospitality Operations.
