About the job
- Completed bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Purchasing, or a comparable qualification.
- At least three years of relevant leadership experience with increasing responsibility in supply chain management, materials management, or operations within a manufacturing or electronics manufacturing services environment.
- Experience in pricing, quotation preparation, and profit-and-loss management.
- Strategic and analytical thinking with sound business knowledge.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Expertise in supply chain management, with demonstrated success in margin optimization, supplier management, and project management.
- Business-fluent English language skills.
- Independently manage and execute the complete material costing and quotation process, including the timely and high-quality handling of customer requests for quotations and requests for information.
- Actively support the business development team in contract negotiations for all material-related topics, focusing on cost management, efficiency improvement, and operational excellence.
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing innovative service offerings that differentiate the company competitively and strengthen long-term customer partnerships.
- Design and implement customer-specific supply chain solutions, such as vendor-managed inventory hubs, consignment warehouses, Kanban, just-in-time, or ship-to-line models.
- Coordinate with the planning team to ensure the successful introduction of new products and the transfer of products across manufacturing services locations by assessing feasibility early and identifying potential risks.
- An MBA degree or relevant certifications, such as APICS/CSCP or CPSM.
