About the job

Requirements
  • Proven experience personally producing and editing direct-response paid-social video for high-consideration business, founder-led, or thought-leadership offers, rather than only organic content or impulse-buy consumer products; candidates must provide work samples, describe their ownership, and show credible conversion or business results.
  • Ability to turn nuanced research, founder-led thought leadership, or high-consideration business offers into premium video assets for a discerning audience.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Adobe After Effects.
  • Use Adobe Premiere Pro for team editing and project handoffs after joining; editors experienced with DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro are welcome to apply.
  • Take responsibility, communicate truthfully and early, receive feedback constructively, and build teammates' trust.
Responsibilities
  • Turn developed angles, key lines, source material, brand context, and performance learning into finished paid-social video ads that earn attention, build trust, and prompt the intended audience to act.
  • Apply editorial judgment to evaluate the business idea behind each ad, identify when an angle or edit weakens the argument, and propose a stronger approach.
  • Own the creative translation of approved footage, testimonials, B-roll, voiceover, motion graphics, typography, pacing, sound, color, and captions.
  • Use Adobe Premiere Pro to build narratives, design sound with music and sound effects, and add appropriate visuals.
  • Use Adobe After Effects to design and animate typography, callouts, and explanatory visuals.
  • Protect the accuracy and context of source material, research, and customer stories.
  • Deliver organized, editable projects with traceable sources.
  • Create purposeful variations informed by performance.
  • Work within the established process for source review, creative development, feedback, versioning, and delivery.
  • Use AI to improve speed and execution while retaining responsibility for the finished work.

About the company

Scaling.com is a Scaling Advisory firm that helps business owners and entrepreneurial leaders 10x their business in three years or less using The Science of Scaling framework created by Dr. Benjamin Hardy and Blake Erickson. Its process pairs each client (Scaler) with a dedicated Scaling Strategist who understands the client’s business, their 10x goal, and the obstacles in the way. Between sessions, ScalerAI keeps commitments visible so progress doesn’t stall. Unlike coaching or traditional consulting, Scaling.com positions itself as advisors and measures success by whether the client actually scales. The company aims to scale the world, one Scaler at a time.

What believers are saying

  • The company still markets active growth in 2026 across website, LinkedIn, and podcasts.
  • Benjamin Hardy's 2026 media visibility keeps acquisition channels cheap and top-of-funnel full.
  • The advisory model carries high margins and low capital needs versus software startups.

What critics are saying

  • Scaling.com lacks clear funding, making growth dependent on services revenue and founder demand.
  • The 2026 employee footprint remains tiny, limiting delivery capacity and enterprise credibility.
  • The 10x promise faces trust risk if client outcomes lag, damaging referrals quickly.

What makes Scaling.com unique

  • Scaling.com sells 10x growth advisory, not generic coaching, with accountable strategists.
  • Benjamin Hardy and the team package a proprietary scaling framework around implementation.
  • The brand targets businesses above $1 million revenue, narrowing to founder-led scale-ups.
