About the job
- You must be a fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist) and have very good written and oral communication skills.
- You must have a solution-oriented and structured working approach, an understanding of business relationships, enjoyment of independent work, strong team spirit, and a high level of commitment and responsibility.
- Experience in health and life insurance and professional experience in the insurance industry are desirable.
- You must have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Work as part of a team in the corporate legal department and support a wide range of legal questions relating to health and life insurance.
- Provide legal advice on insurance law, civil law, and data protection matters.
- Advise and support operational business areas on legal topics and serve as their competent point of contact.
- Independently handle judicial and out-of-court matters.
- Conduct contract negotiations and actively contribute legal expertise.
- Serve as the point of contact for external law firms.
- Experience in health and life insurance and professional experience in the insurance industry are desirable.
