  • A strong accounting foundation in US GAAP, including accrual accounting, job costing, work in progress (WIP), percentage-of-completion, accounts receivable and accounts payable, payroll, sales tax, and month-end close; accounting knowledge is required, while job costing and WIP may be trained.
  • Hands-on experience with third-party apps used in the trades and construction ecosystem, including JobTread, Knowify, and ServiceTitan, as well as supporting tools such as Procore, CompanyCam, Bill.com, Ramp, Gusto, and Melio.
  • Demonstrated success leading multiple concurrent enterprise implementations end-to-end, on time, in scope, and on budget.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of client engagements remotely in a self-directed and organized manner.
Responsibilities

  • Develop a solution vision that addresses customers’ major business pains, drives measurable value, and supports end users and field teams.
  • Facilitate customer discovery sessions and present software and workflow options; elicit, understand, and document requirements and align stakeholders on scope and outcomes.

  • Troubleshoot customer issues, refine and extend system configurations, and ensure solutions continue to fit as the business grows.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to identify uncertainties and risks in their process areas and translate them into actionable solution requirements.
  • Demonstrate how the company’s technology and QuickBooks Online-centered solution stack meet each customer’s goals and objectives.
  • Help teammates build solutions that leverage the full suite of company services and improve delivery efficiency and consistency across projects.
  • Contribute to internal delivery processes, templates, and enablement materials to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
Desired Qualifications
