About the Job

Requirements

  • At least 8 years in a customer-facing role combining business and technology, such as Customer Success, Strategic Accounts, Solutions Consulting, or Advisory in SaaS or enterprise software; demonstrated ownership and growth of complex, high-ARR relationships.
  • Communicate with authority and credibility to C-suite executives, simplify complex AI value propositions for nontechnical leaders, and sustain executive-level business transformation discussions.
  • Build and defend ROI cases, connect product usage to business metrics, and co-create multi-year value roadmaps with customer leadership.
  • Understand enterprise analytics and AI platforms, including their governance, scaling, adoption challenges, and application in AI-driven decision-making; advise credibly on agentic AI and large language models in analytics workflows.
  • Build Liveboards, configure Spotter agents, and prototype Data Apps; understand cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery, and engage customer data or platform teams.
  • Understand and actively shape enterprise account commercial lifecycles; have closed complex renewals and led multi-stakeholder expansion conversations.
  • Manage a multi-threaded account plan across a small portfolio of large accounts, surface risks early, communicate clearly, and align stakeholders.
  • Use a consultative approach: listen for desired outcomes, ask before advising, and challenge customer assumptions constructively when it supports long-term success.
  • Integrate artificial intelligence into daily workflows to improve productivity and quality; have hands-on experience using industry-leading large language models to automate routine work and improve output.
  • Discuss using AI for research, content creation, and document summarization while retaining ownership of judgment and final decisions.
  • Write effective prompts for AI tools and demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and critical judgment in selecting when to use AI.

Responsibilities

  • Own and govern executive-level Joint Outcomes Plans that connect product usage to customer strategic priorities; identify valuable cross-functional use cases and track, measure, and report outcome attainment.
  • Partner with the account executive across the customer relationship, build multi-threaded champion networks from individual contributors through the C-suite, and own the outcomes and customer-success layer of the account.
  • Drive organization-wide adoption and consumption of Spotter, Liveboards, and Data Apps; monitor consumption health, diagnose gaps, develop interventions, and coordinate resources to execute them.
  • Lead outcomes reviews and executive quarterly business reviews with board-ready value narratives tied to agreed key performance indicators, advancing the customer AI roadmap and agreeing next steps.
  • Own renewal and expansion outcomes, proactively manage gross and net revenue retention, and tie evidence-based expansion plans to validated customer use cases.
  • Create Liveboards, prototype Spotter agents, and sketch Data App concepts to demonstrate possibilities and accelerate customer buy-in before formal development.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of ThoughtSpot products and roadmap; connect emerging capabilities to customer priorities and advise on fit within broader data and AI architectures.
  • Maintain current account-health assessments; surface risks such as stalled adoption, champion turnover, competitive pressure, and technical blockers, then align Customer Success leadership, Support, Services, and Product resources to address them.
  • Represent customer context internally through product feedback, roadmap influence, and internal prioritization.
  • Design and deliver change-management and enablement programs that create durable adoption and develop reusable playbooks.
  • Develop successful customers into advocates and partner with Marketing on case studies, reference calls, events, and co-marketing.
  • Mentor and support other AI Outcomes Managers, contribute to team methodology, and elevate outcomes-management practices.

Desired Qualifications

  • Direct experience with ThoughtSpot or a comparable analytics platform such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Sigma is strongly preferred.
