  • B.S. Degree minimum in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science or related field and 3 years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience in leading a project from early development to high volume production
  • Experience in the development of module processes & its integration in back-end processes of Flat Panel Display & Touch industry or other related industries
  • Experience in DOE, data analysis, or SPC control
  • Experience in failure mode analysis, root cause investigation, and problem solving for product yield and quality issue.
Responsibilities
  • Develop new innovative manufacturing process technologies to solve complex design challenges
  • Serve as a focal point in the process development of advanced key process modules from the concept/architecture stage through product engineering validation builds
  • Work at a fast pace and require high self-motivation
  • Problem solve outside of their respective technical area.
Desired Qualifications
  • Ph.D. or M.S. degree in Physics, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience in related field preferred
  • Project Management Skills- Excellent data handling, documentation, critical milestone creation, and organization skill
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and demonstrated leadership ability
  • Ability for International business travel to support project implementation and collaborate with external vendors for product manufacturing
