Risk & Compliance Intern

Main responsibilities:

Risk Management & Reporting

• Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of corporate risks.
• Assist in the periodic update and maintenance of the company’s risk register and risk map.
• Track and follow up on action plans developed to address identified risks.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation related to the risk management framework and processes.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for internal committees and risk review meetings and internal control.
• Support the review of metrics and controls associated with the organization’s key risks.
• Participate in activities aimed at assessing the effectiveness of internal controls.

Regulatory Compliance

• Support the monitoring of regulatory obligations and compliance requirements applicable to the company.
• Assist in the review and update of internal policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct document reviews to verify compliance with internal procedures and requirements.
• Maintain Compliance records and documentation up to date.
• Perform public information searches using databases and open-source resources.

Ethics Hotline & Compliance Culture

• Support the administrative management of the Ethics Hotline and the logging of reported cases.
• Assist in the development of awareness and internal communication materials.
• Participate in ethics and compliance training and awareness initiatives.

Main requirements:

• Degree on Law. Master de degree will be valuable.
• High level of English.
• Knowledge on Excel and power BI will be valuable.
