Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with at least 3-5 years in an ML/AI leadership role.
  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is highly preferred.
  • Proven record of successfully delivering customer-facing Applied AI functionality into production.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI and ML techniques, such as deep learning, NLP, large language models, and generative AI.
  • Familiarity in setting up AI/ML systems in AWS and Databricks environments.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and planning skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Lead the execution and delivery of AI projects in alignment with our product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes. Demonstrate a clear leadership brand and build followership across the business.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and applications and assess their potential application within our product offering.
  • Design and build scalable AI systems on AWS, ensuring robustness, performance and reliability.
  • Drive continuous improvement in AI processes, methodologies, and best practices to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship across the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Developing and implementing ML models and algorithms, with a focus on customer-centric functionality.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on AI-related topics, effectively communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
