Requirements
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in customer marketing/advocacy
  • 2+ years of experience building and executing marketing programs that drive sales, partner and customer engagement in or related to advocacy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of successfully driving review site presence and generating positive customer reviews
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to align the execution of tasks with overarching business goals and make data-driven recommendations
  • Team player attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
Responsibilities
  • Manage the consistent pipeline of and produce powerful customer success story assets
  • Manage customer recognition programs including awards, appreciation days, and all customer gifting campaigns
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate a consistent stream of reviews
  • Maintain the customer reference repository
  • Manage the customer quote and speaker repository
  • Work closely with the Customer Community team on key initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Marketing teams
  • Create, edit, and approve all customer communications
  • Support marketing and sales to meet business objectives
  • Track the progress of program initiatives and reporting on the impact and success of customer marketing programs
  • May be asked to perform other duties as required
