Requirements
  • 5+ years of substantial experience in a coordinator or admin supporting capacity
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Verbal and written)
  • Effective Spanish and English communication skills (Written and verbal)
  • Flexible to work off-hours, as needed
  • Music industry experience is preferred
  • Impeccable organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proactive, flexible, and responsive to the needs of the team and leadership
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • BA degree is preferred not required
Responsibilities
  • Manage full cycle of Release Planning Calendar deliverables
  • Track music production and assets delivery to production team
  • Coordinate audio/video assets for production team approval
  • Create and submit Label Copies for Video and Audio Assets
  • Review and transcribe lyrics on upcoming releases
  • Lead new catalogue acquisition process
  • Support supervisor with Producer and Dealing points agreements
  • Arrange travel itineraries during songwriting camps
  • Coordinate catering services for camps and events
  • Assist with BTA expense reconciliation
  • Facilitate and support Latin Grammy/Grammy award submissions
  • Generate and process PO#s for payments
  • Register new vendors in the Sony Music Console system
  • Track budgets and payments for Artist Recordings and Video
  • Manage T&E expense processing
  • Coordinate video contracts for Official Videos and Work for Hire Agreements
  • Manage music production company hard drives
  • Support blanket process creation and payment processes
