About the job
- A B.E., B.Tech, or MCA in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required.
- Three to five years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Python-based backend development is required.
- Hands-on experience or exposure to AI, machine learning, natural language processing, or generative AI use cases is required.
- Experience building and deploying APIs, microservices, and scalable applications is required.
- Familiarity with integrating large language model APIs or AI services into real-world applications is required.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members or interns is required.
- Experience working in Agile environments and contributing to sprint-based delivery is required.
- Ability to take ownership of modules or features and deliver with minimal supervision is required.
- Experience debugging, optimizing performance, and supporting production systems is required.
- Design and develop scalable AI-enabled backend systems and applications.
- Integrate large language model APIs, including OpenAI and LangChain, into business use cases.
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs for AI-driven features.
- Contribute to AI-powered applications such as chatbots and automation tools.
- Guide and support junior developers while ensuring code quality and best practices.
- Improve the performance, latency, and reliability of AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in production systems.
- Participate in sprint planning and ensure timely delivery of assigned modules.
- Basic MLOps experience, including model deployment, monitoring, and versioning.
- Exposure to MLOps concepts such as model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
