Requirements
  • A graduate or undergraduate business degree or two years of equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and research teams.
  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and track follow-up activities to support the sales team.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales team.
  • Execute and review reports using the internal customer relationship management system.
  • Assist the internal sales team with account management and customer service support.
  • Maintain customer databases and distribution lists.
  • Monitor customer engagement and identify sales growth opportunities.
  • Assist with business development initiatives, including prospect research and opportunity tracking.
  • Manage and respond to inbound client and prospect inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate routing of requests.
  • Support event marketing and preparation.
  • Prepare, update, and format customer-facing materials.
  • Assist with the contract renewal process.
  • Support pre-event and post-event communications and follow-up.
  • Collect and summarize customer feedback.
