Responsibilities
  • participate in the investment operations process to ensure Clients’ and Shareholders’ assets are invested timely and accurately
  • have a voice in designing the future of the team and department
  • be an expert on our funds and client accounts
  • understand investment objectives, guidelines and meeting cashflow needs
  • build mutually beneficial relationships with client-facing colleagues
  • partner with Legal and client guidelines specialists to ensure ongoing compliance for investment portfolios
  • work with portfolio specialists and technology professionals to maximize portfolio alignment, reduce risk and drive efficiencies
  • work independently on most assignments and under the direct supervision of senior staff on more complex scenarios, projects, analyses and tasks
  • participate or lead team and department-level projects leveraging technology and automation tools to scale operations and support business growth including process engineering initiatives
  • bring energy and enthusiasm to the environment and work collaboratively to help the team meet its business goals
