  • Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in the consumer electronics or beauty industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, including design, engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with manufacturing partners and align key project objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with the skill for motivating teams and driving results.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, technology, or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in a consumer product development or high-volume consumable manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent development projects for beauty appliances and liquids products.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and develop mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Drive decision-making processes and ensure alignment across functional teams.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering, design, manufacturing, overseas partners, and other departments involved in the product development lifecycle.
  • Lead project review meetings and communicate to the leadership team on key milestones and project risks.
  • Monitor project progress, identify dependencies, and take proactive measures to address any roadblocks.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Regularly report project status, milestones, and key metrics to stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • A passion for developing innovative and consumer-centric beauty appliances
  • Experience using Pro-Engineer (Creo) to design consumer appliances or other 3D CAD software
  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • Understanding of development process for hard goods or electromechanical products
