New ABC legal drama series Con Law currently in development.

New ABC legal drama series Con Law currently in development. Published: August 31, 2026 ABC is currently developing a new legal drama series Con Law, an original series from writer/executive producer Joey Falco and 20th Television. While SNIPdaily has little to no information regarding cast and premiere date, this is still exciting news for legal drama fans. Deadline reported the news first, confirming that the show is currently under development and that it will be added to ABC's schedule. According to Deadline, the series follows along with a "brilliant, high-powered corporate attorney is wrongfully convicted of murdering her husband, losing everything - her freedom, her career, her daughter." "Exonerated six years later, she joins a scrappy Brooklyn defense firm and uses the ruthless skills that once protected billion-dollar corporations to fight for others vulnerable of being screwed over by the system - all while searching for the truth behind the crime that ruined her life." The project is expected to combine legal cases with character-focused storytelling. This is definitely one to keep an eye on for those who prefer courtroom dramas that spend a lot of time outside of the courtroom. Alongside Falco, Jordan Cerf will also act as an executive producer for Linden Productions, which just produced Puzzled for NBC, an exciting whodunit pilot. Falco is a big name right now, as he's no stranger to television. His previous credits include Charmed and Sleepy Hollow, two supernatural and fiction shows. Along with that, he's also worked on a legal pilot, Judgement. Got a story or tip for SNIPdaily? SnipDaily is your go-to destination for all things streaming.
