Key Responsibilities

• Managing and closing leads on behalf of our coaches, contributing to their growth with new clients.
• Inspiring healthier lifestyles while advancing your professional development in sales.
• Maintaining a structured and organized workflow with a clear overview of your calendar and pipeline.
• Being a proactive partner to our coaches, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.

QualificationsWe value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess:

• Fluency in Finnish and confident in English - both orally and in writing.
• A natural talent for sales, with experience in telemarketing, phone sales, or the fitness/sports/SaaS industry preferred.
• A driven mindset and a hunger to achieve great results.
• Strong persistence and resilience - you’re not discouraged by setbacks.
• Exceptional self-management skills and the ability to structure your day effectively.
• A contagious energy and enthusiasm that inspires those around you.
