- Experience utilizing Military Personnel Data Systems (MilPDS).
- Experience executing and leading tasks associated with general administrative support.
- Knowledge of the handling and processing of joint and service awards, decorations, and evaluations.
- Ability to perform all task functions quickly and accurately without supervision or assistance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Secret clearance is required, with eligibility for Top Secret.
- Execute and lead tasks associated with general administrative support, including managing calendars for a manager or office and answering routine phone calls and taking messages.
- Draft, proofread, edit, and coordinate correspondence.
- Maintain tracking records and filing systems, archive files, and serve as the focal point for databases or spreadsheets.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, organizing, and executing meetings, events, conferences, and off-sites.
- Prepare access rosters and request security clearance transfers.
- Help order supplies or equipment and arrange repairs to office equipment.
- Compose written communication in response to a large volume of complex internal and external customer inquiries.
- Assist in handling and processing joint and service awards, decorations, and evaluations.
- Serve as a member of the in/out processing team and ensure documentation is prepared for inbound and outbound personnel to allow proper processing.
- Manage government administrative processes and systems, including Military Personnel Data Systems (MilPDS).
- Provide content management, document repository support, and coordination on SharePoint through S6 knowledge management personnel.
