- Experience with Dimensions and Remedy.
- Ability to support a team and its code base responsible for configuration management planning, configuration change control, configuration status accounting, and configuration audits.
- Ability to configure and maintain configuration management tools supporting change and configuration management for multiple systems.
- Advise and provide support in developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving a consolidated configuration management process governing changes to the structure, functionality, documentation, and capabilities of IT programs and projects.
- Maintain a configuration and change management database, such as SVN, and its user interface to track information throughout the management process.
- Use systems development and maintenance process knowledge and specific systems knowledge to accurately record changes, their impacts, and the reasons for the changes.
