  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university (preferred).
  • 5 years of practical, cross-functional experience in food manufacturing environments.
  • Basic understanding of Total Productive Maintenance Methodology.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and experience in designing training programs.
  • Proven ability to facilitate training for both small and large groups.
  • Quick learner with the ability to drive results and manage change.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and related applications.
Responsibilities
  • Build and Lead Teams: Develop pillar teams and enhance team member capabilities based on step-up cards.
  • Strategic Planning: Set the pillar strategy, including Master, 90 Day, and Weekly Plans.
  • Drive Implementation: Oversee the rollout of key systems - skills, training & certification, and administration - at the Plant level and provide support across the food manufacturing network.
  • Performance Analysis: Manage and analyze reporting data to assess performance against KPIs related to snack production.
