Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, or customer-facing role
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience; proven history of hiring, leading, and developing hard-working teams
  • The ability to define strategy, build cross-functional alignment, implement efficiently, and iterate alongside diverse stakeholders
  • Proven success in planning, prioritizing, and driving multiple long-term, cross-functional projects simultaneously to completion
  • Analytical approach with the ability apply data and metrics to drive strategy
  • Demonstrated understanding of sales process, methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to design and deliver effective sales training programs
Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team towards excellence by creating scalable, data-driven processes that drive team and company goals
  • Optimize GTM new hire onboarding with key milestones that enhance impact in a new hire’s first 90 days, reducing ramp time
  • Oversee and lead strategy to optimize the usage of the Enablement and Sales tech stack across (ie CMS, LMS, and productivity tools)
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to develop collateral, presentations, and other materials that support the enablement of our team's aligned with the buyer's journey and sales stages
  • Define key performance indicators and metrics to assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives
  • Use data and analytics to track sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to sales leadership
  • Own all content and training curriculum for Sales Kickoffs and other GTM related events
  • Establish/refresh and own programmatic content across recurrent and strategic initiatives, onboarding, and all sales enablement programs
